Haveston aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions:

01. BASIC RETURN CONDITIONS

A. Return Email Authorisation

  • All return requests must be authorised by us via email before being returned. 
  • Under no circumstances should any goods be returned to us before first contacting us via email to confirm return arrangements and return address details.

Please also refer to the following sections relative to the reason for return.

B. Basic Return Requirements

The basic condition for goods to be viable for return, include:

  • Must be in new, un-used and resalable condition
  • Must not have been mounted to a watch (considered used once mounted)
  • Must not have been worn on the wrist

In addition to this, the basic pieces of packaging for goods must include:

  • Original presentation exterior tin, envelope or box
  • Original mounting card, or information card(s)

If the items have been opened, or any parts are missing from the returned product, Haveston reserves the right to make a proportionate deduction from any money owed to you.

C. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipment costs in full unless an error or defect has occurred on our side.

To minimise shipping costs, an economy service can be used. However we recommend using a trackable service.

02. CHANGE OF MIND RETURN

If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but you have changed your mind, please email us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return. 

The Goods must satisfy the “Basic Return Conditions” listed above in Section 1B.

If being returned for replacement, the second outbound postage costs must be covered, unless adjoined to a new order of any size with complimentary shipping. Please contact us for further options.

If being returned for refund, a re-stocking fee may be deducted by Haveston from any payments due to you.

03. INCORRECT GOODS RECEIVED

If the goods received are not what was originally ordered (unless accompanied by an explanatory note or by previous arrangement), please email us as soon as possible to either arrange a replacement of refund.

Please check your original order confirmation before doing so. If items were incorrectly ordered in error (e.g. wrong size or pattern), the return will follow “change of mind” return conditions (Section 2, above).

04. FAULTY GOODS

If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, please email us within 7 days or receipt. 

If any Goods develop faults that are clearly caused by a manufacturing or production issues, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. This is relative to the recommended care and use tips specific to each product.

05. DELIVERY DELAYS & ISSUES

A. Import Customs Inspections:

Occasionally, delivery times may be extended due to import/ customs checks and delays within the courier system. Once your parcel leaves the UK, it is passed to the national postal system of the destination country who will complete the delivery. 

B. Online Parcel Tracking:

Please use the tracking number provided in the despatch confirmation email to track the parcel on the national postal website. (For example USPS for the USA). 

Any information we refer to from Royal Mail is passed to us from your national postal service.

C. Attempted Delivery:

A delay can also occur if an unsuccessful/ attempted delivery is made to your address. In this case, your local post office will often hold the parcel awaiting your redelivery or collection instructions for a set period of time. 

Please contact your national post office or track the parcel online to (B) to complete delivery. If left for too long, it will be marked as “unclaimed” and returned to sender. This will void any complimentary postage which may be offered by us and may involve a restocking fee in the event of order cancellation.

D. Delivery Complications:

If you experience an issue with the delivery, or if the national post office is unable to assist you, please contact us via email

E. Free Shipping Offer:

Haveston offers 'free' postage as included in the price of purchase. This offer may be withdrawn at any time. Please refer to the website for notice.

This offer is applicable only for correct addresses supplied to us. Haveston bears no responsibility for incorrect addresses, or failure of delivery by overseas postal services for other reasons such as attempted delivery, failure to locate address, or failure of the recipient to arrange redelivery, collect item or track item.

 

Buyers are recommended to use the tracking information provided to ensure orders are successfully delivered in the event of complications.

 

Orders returned to sender (us) due to incorrect address information or failure to arrange a redelivery may be subject to a restocking fee in the case of order cancellation. This may be the charge made for shipping the item from
